Massage.co.za
Massage.co.za is a dynamic web-based system for the health-and-wellness industry. The system captures in-depth information about Salons, Spas, and Massage Therapists and markets this information to prospective and recurring customers in a highly-structured and visually appealing way. The system enables customers to register as Free Members and for those whom are serious about their bodies, to purchase Massage Addict Subscriptions, which have all sorts of added benefits. Massage.co.za also enables customers to purchase gift vouchers for friends or family.
Prime Contractors
Prime Contractors is a construction company that manufactures and assembles steel structure buildings or portal frame buildings. We developed a web-based quoting system that enables their clientele and prospective clients to have quotations dynamically generated for steel structure buildings. This is done by following a simple process of specifying the buildings dimensions, design requirements, roof requirements and optional extras, which are then used in generating a formal quotation. All computations are performed within the client's browser, so costing is generated dynamically as the client enters the various input criteria.
Stock For Africa
Stock For Africa is an eCommerce site providing High Definition (HD) video footage to the media and production industry. As the name suggests, Stock For Africa focuses on African footage. We developed an eCommerce system that enables the site owners to manage their suppliers, the suppliers to manage their inventory of video footage, and customers to make online purchases and download the variety of available video footage.
Abundant Water Services
Abundant Water Services sell, install and maintain Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems and related products. We developed a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system that enables them and their agents to manage their customers, the RO systems they install and the various maintenance plan contracts associated with the RO systems. The web-based system has grown in other directions since its launch and we are currently developing additional functionality.
Dynamco Finance
With the introduction of the National Credit Act (NCA) in South Africa, Dynamco Finance found themselves meeting new challenges that resulted in significant business loss. We developed a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) system that enabled them to more effectively extend their micro lending services to external agents, as well as more efficiently manage the various loan application processes.
Philtron Autotrim
Philton Autotrim is a manufacturer of after-market leather upholstery for automobiles. We developed a workflow and tracking system that enables them to manage orders passing through the manufacturing process: from the initial placement of orders, through the various steps in the production line, to dispatch and delivery of the final product. Through the use of serial numbers, barcodes and barcode scanners, orders can easily be located in the production line, workers that were involved in the manufacturing of a particular product can easily be identified and orders can be scheduled for manufacturing according to priority.
Pie City
We developed a Stock Control system for Pie City that is used by their manufacturing plant in order to do production planning. Sale and stock level data gets captured daily on the system from the various shops located nationally. This information is used to do production planning and generate drawing sheets, invoices, delivery notes, sales reports, stock reports, order reports, and production reports.
Southern African Online User Group (SAOUG)
SAOUG provides a forum for the exchange of information on current developments, applications and opportunities in the expanding field of online information in the broadest sense. We developed a web-based conference booking system that enabled them to manage bookings for the 9th SAOUG meeting. The system provides a public interface that enables corporate members, individual members and delegates (non-members) to make detailed online bookings for the conference. The system also provides an administration interface that enables authorised staff to manage bookings and payments.
PARAFFIN
PARAFFIN is a Johannesburg-based branding, design and advertising agency. We have a symbiotic relationship with PARAFFIN and have subsequently developed several web-based systems and dynamic forms on their behalf and for their clients, of which include: Sandton Shul, MKB Group, SuperiorVision, Transmetrix, Floors Direct, Exclusive Laminated Flooring, Middle Road Closure and Commons-Sense.
